2.Sometimes we will use the cartoon box with Wonlex Sticker to replace the plastic box, in case of the watch screen get scratch by the plastic box during delivery transit.

3.In many Countries, when calling the watch, all the phonebook numbers of the 4G watch are identified without a name but only the numbers, some 2G watches may have this problem because the SIM card hides the name. This is a network problem: the default for the SIM was “hide my number”. this can be changed by the support service of the SIM card operator. Another solution in order for the clock to determine the caller's number, you need to enter the phone number and name not only through the application, but also write it down separately on the SIM card itself.

4.About the “Sound Guardian/Monitoring/Call Back Function” missing in the app: please insert sim card and set the watch works, bring it outdoor to detect the LBS and GPS, then that function will be sync.(The server needs to obtain the base station location is not Germany and Norway, then match the monitoring function by auto.)

5.For USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand where 2G is almost not available.

(We recommend 4G models:KT10 ,KT11, KT13, KT15, KT20, KT21, KT22 and KT23)

6.For Turkey and Azerbaijan buyer, please provide your own imei number under your order, We will add your imei number into our server before ship out. Otherwise our imei cant use on your country.

7.Better to use our Setracker 2 or Setracker app, although sometimes there may be Ads in our app (you can click to exit), but it's free to use permanently. Other Apps, though Ad-removed, but you have to pay between $ 9 and $ 19 for a subscription, or have a three-day free subscription. If you want to use another application, also okay. For example, Find My Kids, please contact us and tell us the IMEI number of the watch, we need to make a backup in our server database, otherwise it will automatically return to Setracker server IP when you use another app, cause the watch always offline.

1.Q:I have a watch, I have never used with Find My Kids APP before, but I want to use with Find My Kids APP now.

–A:Please provide the imei number to us, we need to backup it to our server database before you use it, otherwise it will get back to Setracker Server by auto when you use Find My Kids APP Server, caused the watch always offline. But our engineer only do this job on Friday.

2.Q:I have a watch already used Find My Kids APP, IP server is:92.53.87.162,8001#, but I want to use with Sertracker APP now.

–A:Please provide the imei number to us, we need to change it to our server database, otherwise it will get back to Find My Kids APP Server by auto when you use Setracker server, caused the watch always offline.

–A:You can ask Find My Kids APP company to change it to our Setracker server.
