Описание точное. При работе не защищен от глюков, как и писалось кем- то. При отключенной сигнализации сработал проводной первый датчик движения. Заорала сирена, хотя и охрана была выключена. Но один раз, не критично. В крайнем случае переключу на другой вход, их восемь. Старые пульты прошились нормально, пришлось только кнопки переставить . Тоже не критично. С отключением питания решил вопрос просто. Параллельно адаптеру на 12 вольт подключил соединенные последовательно три аккумулятора на 3,7 вольта. Напряжение на датчики и сирену теперь есть всегда. Пока внешний аккумулятор живой, конечно. Управление через вифи очень помогает. И контроль полный. Можно глючащий датчик тупо отключить. Умные розетки и реле не пробовал, продавец не прислал вместо штатных датчиков движения и двери по моей просьбе, сославшись на цену умного реле. Его не виню, каждый хочет заработать. Ну зажлобил слегка, терпимо.
