How to update GPS Map?
First of all you need to download the map update from our website or anywhere else for WINCE. Then you need to copy them to the GPS SD Card and set the navigation path to the navigation program through setting.
Is it possible to listen to music or radio while using navigation ?!
Yes, it is possible to listen to radio or music while using the navigation system. Clayton devices are using a unique technology that makes listening to music happen when you are using the navigation system.
Do these units support steering wheel control ?!
Yes of course. For each different car model, there is different CAN-Bus ( Built in or separate unit ) that comes with the unit to match the unit to the vehicle amplifier and steering wheel control.
Can we install the DVD Units our self ?
It is preferred that the installation to be done by a professional person. We are not responsible for the damages that might occur to the dashboard of the car while installing the device. So it is better that a professional person installs the unit on the cars.

Return/ Refund
1. You have 7 days to contact us and 30 days to return it from the date it was received. If this item is in your possession more than 7 days, it is considered used and WE WILL NOT ISSUE YOU A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT. There are NO EXCEPTIONS! Shipping cost is bear by both seller and buyer in half.
2. All returned items MUST BE in the original packaging and you MUST PROVIDE us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return, and your po#.

Delivery from Poland within a week. This thing works flawlessly. Startup around 30sec, just as promised. I love to be able to use my favourite apps from the screen instead of my phone. One question, about on/off on acc. Before I connected the supplied CAN bus connector the unit turned on and off automatically. After connecting the Can is module the unit does not power off anymore. Can you give directions on the solution for this? thanks!

The unit arrived very fast. in 1 week it was at my door. I use it on a 2009 ford focus mk2 facelift in the place of a 6000CD radio. Connected the canbus and all is working. Almost plug and play. Be careful not to connect the small black connector with 1 wire (key2) if you connect the canbus. Otherwise steering wheel controls will have abnormal operation. The unit does not start unless the key is turned on or in accesories position (need to mess with the wires for that) GPS has good reception. Came with here maps for Europe Q1 2018. Sound is very good. Radio reception is not as good as the original but the sound quality when the signal is ok is very good. A nice bonus is that the unit displays information from the automatic ac unit. I am assuming this is because of the canbus. Also it enters into reverse mode automatically without the need to connect the reverse wire. Color is slightly lighter than the other elements. Seller is very responsive and comunicated well. Overall i recommend.
