How long is the shipping time?

Warranty and Return

All our items are tested 5 times to ensure working properly before shipping, and come with a 24 months Manufacture Warranty. The warranty will not cover damage from improper installation, accident, misuse, abuse, improper wiring, and incorrect voltage operating the unit against the instructions in the owner’s manual.

If the product has problem, we can replace new one within one month, buyers need to pay return shipping fee. After one month, repair for free, buyers need to pay return shipping fee. After one year, repair for free, buyers need to pay double way shipping fee.
